One-of-one, shaped by hand, and made to be seen from every angle. This jade- and moss-green ceramic Qilin works as both an incense object and a contemporary sculpture for quiet interiors.

ONE OF ONE

This page shows the exact finished piece you will receive. Its hand-shaped expression, glaze movement, fine surface network, and subtle asymmetries belong to this object alone.

SHAPED BY HAND

Raised horns, flowing tendrils, carved facial lines, long front legs, and a flower-bud tail are built and refined in three dimensions. The form carries the touch and judgment of making by hand.

SCULPTED IN THE ROUND

Front, side, and rear views reveal a fully resolved silhouette. From the lifted head to the rounded body, curled tail, and lotus-petal base, the sculpture rewards slow viewing from every angle.

INCENSE OBJECT, CERAMIC SCULPTURE

Use it in a quiet incense moment, or let it stand without smoke as a ceramic art object. Function and sculptural presence remain equally considered.

A QUIETER INCENSE RITUAL

Place the complete piece on a stable, heat-resistant surface and allow the setting to stay simple. A restrained ribbon of smoke is enough to bring a calm rhythm to tea, reading, or reflection.

SOFT GREEN GLAZE

Soft jade-green and moss-green tones settle differently over raised and recessed forms. A gently glossy finish, fine crackle-like network, and subtle tonal variation give the surface its depth.

THE QILIN, REIMAGINED

Known in Chinese culture as an auspicious mythical creature, the Qilin is reinterpreted here through a restrained contemporary ceramic language—cultural in reference, quiet in expression.

A SCULPTURAL PRESENCE

At 25 cm tall, the upright silhouette holds visual space without overwhelming it. Its vertical profile sits naturally on a console, shelf, or writing surface among a few smaller objects.

MADE IN THE STUDIO

Surrounded by tools, clay, and works in progress, each object begins within the unhurried daily rhythm of a working ceramic studio.

FINISHED BY HAND

Patient handwork, surface refinement, and many small decisions give a finished ceramic object its individual character.
