EU, UK & Norway Return Policy

Scope
This policy applies to eligible online orders delivered to European Union member states, the United Kingdom, and Norway. It explains statutory withdrawal rights and related return procedures for consumers in those destinations.
14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Customers may notify ZHIBAI Atelier of their decision to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days after the goods are delivered.
No reason is required to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, and prior approval by ZHIBAI Atelier is not required.
If multiple items from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final item from that order is delivered.
To notify us of a withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision to support@ysboc.com. Please include your order number where available to help us identify the order.
Customers should contact support@ysboc.com to receive the correct authorized return address and safe packaging instructions before dispatching the return. This return-execution step is not a condition of exercising a statutory right of withdrawal and is not a prior-approval requirement.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the goods must be handed to the return carrier within 14 calendar days after the customer notifies us of the withdrawal. The goods do not need to arrive at a return address within the initial withdrawal-notification period.
Return Shipping and Fixed Fees
For a statutory withdrawal based only on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping where that responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
ZHIBAI Atelier does not charge a fixed restocking fee, a fixed return-handling fee, or any other fixed return-processing fee. We do not apply an automatic percentage deduction.
If an item arrives damaged, genuinely defective, incorrect, incomplete, materially different from its description, or requires return because of an error by ZHIBAI Atelier, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs under the applicable law and the confirmed return arrangement.
Inspection, Condition, and Packaging
Customers may inspect and handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. A statutory withdrawal does not require goods to be completely unopened, untouched, or uninspected.
Where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary and causes an actual, evidenced reduction in value, a deduction may be made only to the extent permitted by applicable law. No deduction will be based on an automatic percentage or an unsupported estimate.
Ceramic items should be returned in their original protective packaging or packaging that provides equivalent protection. We recommend using a tracked return service and keeping proof of posting. Shipping insurance for fragile ceramics is recommended but is not a condition of exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
Standard Delivery Charges and Refunds
For an eligible withdrawal from an entire order, we will reimburse the standard delivery charge actually paid by the customer where required by applicable law. If the customer selected expedited, express, or other premium delivery, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost above the standard delivery option.
Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. Where the applicable law requires reimbursement within 14 calendar days after the withdrawal notice, that requirement applies.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or receive valid evidence that the customer has sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, Incomplete, or Materially Misdescribed Items
If an item arrives damaged, genuinely defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact support@ysboc.com as soon as reasonably practicable.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photographs of the item, the outer and inner packaging, the shipping label, and any visible damage. Do not discard the item, packaging, or shipping label until we have reviewed your request.
Available remedies, including refund, replacement, and return shipping arrangements, will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
Final Sale and Statutory Exceptions
Labels such as Final Sale, One of One, Master-Made, Limited Edition, Handmade, or One-of-a-kind do not by themselves remove a statutory right of withdrawal.
A Final Sale label does not limit statutory rights relating to goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from their description.
Only goods that are genuinely made to the customer’s personal specifications or clearly personalized may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception where applicable law permits. Ordinary handmade, limited, or one-of-a-kind goods are not automatically treated as personalized merely because they are scarce or individually made.

If applicable law provides a longer or different mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, repair, replacement, legal-guarantee, or consumer-guarantee right, the applicable mandatory legal requirement takes priority.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.
