For Those Meant to Find This
If you’ve made it this far, you’ll realize one thing: this isn’t a section we carelessly copied from somewhere else. This clumsy sincerity—our unwillingness to cut corners—is both our greatest weakness and our greatest strength. In the future, you may find an excerpt from this very letter tucked inside the package we send you.
In my last post, I wrote about the beauty of ceramics through the lens of time and space. That was the supply side—the foundation of why we chose to do this at all. In a mature, established store, an overwhelming abundance of choice is a good thing. But for us, a team determined to becomethat mature store, it’s a daunting challenge.
The truth is, right now, there isn’t a truly mature player in this space. I can’t tell if that’s a blessing or a curse.
But let’s return to the point. On the other side of the supply chain stands you. That is our most important asset in these early days—not order volume, not GMV, not even profit. It is your understanding of ceramic art, whether you can put it into words or not. Ceramics have grades; they have technical standards and measurable metrics. But art? Art has no such rigid standards. Because art represents you.
I want to use my training in empathy and my years of studying art to understand yourdefinition of art—your sense of beauty.
We aren’t afraid of bad reviews; we welcome suggestions. They help us draw clear boundaries.

Selling is our objective, but it is not our purpose. Our purpose is to listen to your feedback and find the pieces that truly fit you. Until one day, we can understand you half a step ahead—connected by the thread of ceramics.
