ZHIBAI Atelier ships handmade ceramic pieces from China to selected international destinations. Because each piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch, order processing and delivery require additional time.
Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days before shipment.
This processing period is separate from the estimated transit time shown below. During public holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, or unusually high order volumes, preparation may take longer.
Destinations: Japan, Singapore, and South Korea
Free-shipping thresholds are calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before duties, taxes, customs charges, or other destination-related fees.
The shipping options and amount displayed at checkout are the final shipping terms applicable to the order.
The rates above apply to all standard-size ceramic products, including one-of-one and final-sale pieces.
One-of-one or final-sale status does not affect shipping rates or free-shipping eligibility.
Only products that are unusually large, unusually heavy, or require specialist packaging or delivery arrangements may be excluded from the standard rates above. Where special shipping arrangements apply, this will be clearly stated on the product page or confirmed with the customer before fulfilment.
Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are generally the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee.
ZHIBAI Atelier does not control the amount assessed by customs authorities.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, remote-area delivery, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact support@ysboc.com as soon as possible if an address correction is needed.
An address change cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfilment or has been transferred to the carrier.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the parcel is accepted by the carrier.
Please inspect the parcel promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description, or if part of the order is missing, contact support@ysboc.com as soon as possible and, where practicable, within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Please retain the item, outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and photographs until the request has been reviewed.
